The following tools will assist you in managing your Route Sequence:
-
Components and Inspection Grids: filtering/sorting inspection times and other properties provide insights into the order of inspections.
-
Scout Map: visualizes the paths technicians follow during their Tours.
-
Bad Routes Audit: allows the technicians to bring potential route sequence issues to your attention. We recommend turning it on when your Route Sequences are under construction or pending review.
Minor discrepancies can be fixed by editing the components that are out of sequence. Look for the Route Sequence field.
If you wish to construct new Route Sequences or make substantial changes to existing ones, here are your options:
-
Contact support to set up Route Sequences according to your past inspection records (or other orders you prefer).
-
Go to Settings / Miscellaneous and enable Sort Tours by LUnit then Tag (not Route Sequence) if your tag numbers resemble the order in which you want them inspected.
-
If you have an upcoming component mapping project, you can use Add Via Photo not only for retagging but also to define and enter new, more intuitive route sequences for the retagged components.
-
If you have an existing sequence of inspections that you would like to set up as the route sequence, you can sort the Last M21/AVO/OGI Performed in the Components Grid, and use Modify Route Sequence.
- Warning: if you have multiple technicians performing inspections at the same LUnit on the same day, be sure to query for the components inspected by one technician at a time to avoid mixing up time stamps from different technicians.
