After a survey is checked in, the office side of AWP takes over: matching the survey video and images, reviewing the survey, reporting it, and confirming the survey was compliant.
Milestone media flows to path inspections
Videos and images attached to an ending milestone — whether imported in bulk or uploaded manually — are automatically associated with all of the path inspections created in that session. Each path inspection displays the same video and images as the milestone it is linked to, so a reviewer can see the survey footage for every component on the path.

Tip: Chateau matches imported media using the file's Date Modified property. Do not email survey files — emailing changes that property and breaks matching. Transfer files directly from drive to drive.
Reviewing the survey
Milestone and path inspections appear in the OGI Inspections grid, each labeled by AWP type (Milestone or Path), so you can distinguish the physically performed milestones from the interpolated path inspections.
On the Scout map, the day's survey is drawn as a track with two-minute time marks (a blue line), and the milestones and any leaks appear as points along it. Path inspections do not appear on the Scout map — they are not GPS-located, so there is no position to plot them at.
Reporting
AWP milestone and path inspections are OGI inspections, so they appear in the OGI Inspections grid and in Chateau's general OGI reporting. See OGI Reports.
Note: There is no dedicated AWP compliance report in Chateau yet.
Compliance check: no sensitivity check
A camera sensitivity check is required for OGI inspections to be defensible, but Chateau does not block the technician in the field to enforce it — some sites use their own OGI sensitivity check form or process that they prefer to keep outside Chateau. Instead, the OGI Inspections with No Sensitivity Check audit flags any day where OGI inspections were recorded on a camera with no sensitivity check in Chateau earlier that same day — one alert per camera, per day.
