The Daily Calibrations grid (Resources > Calibrations > Daily Calibrations) is where you review, add, import, and correct daily calibrations and their drifts. Set a Start Date, End Date, and optionally an Analyzer, then click Search to load the records for that range.
How records are organized
Records are grouped into sessions — one analyzer on one date. A session's heading summarizes the whole day for that analyzer so you do not have to read across the columns:

Status badges for the daily calibration and its Noon and End-of-Day drifts, each shown as Pass, Fail, or Pending (Pending means that part has not been entered yet).
- Edit and drift actions on a manually entered session (an edit control plus + Noon Drift / + End-of-Day Drift); a SpanBox session shows a lock indicator instead.
Beneath the heading are the detail rows (one per cylinder). Their columns include a Source column showing whether the record came from a SpanBox or was entered Manually, along with analyzer, date, site, technician, cylinder, gas, concentration, readings, and drift readings and percentages.
The grid always stays grouped by analyzer and date.
What you can do from the grid

| Add Calibration | Enter a daily calibration and its drifts manually. See Manually Entering Daily Calibration Confirmations. |
| Add a drift | A manual session whose daily calibration passed shows + Noon Drift and + EOD Drift on its heading. See Manually Entering Drifts. |
| Edit | A session you entered manually can be edited from its heading; SpanBox sessions show a lock and cannot be edited. |
| Import Calibration | If you want to import calibrations from your SpanBox, use the Export-to-USB functionality. Otherwise, if you are using Cal5.0 please refer to the Manually Export Records via Wireless Network article. |
