Checked Out Time When the Tour was checked backed in from an Handheld.
Checked in Time When the Tour was checked out to an Handheld.
Failed Processing There was an issue processing the data from Chateau Mobile into Chateau. Go to Tours / Chateau Mobile Sync Status and find the row with “Failed Processing” in the status column and Select Reprocess. If this does not work, submit an issue.

Reasons for sync failures: Bad network connections, invalid permissions, or database issues.
Processing The data has been transferred to the server and is being processed into the database.
Reprocess If there was an issue processing a tour from Chateau Mobile into Chateau, select this Button.
