Technician FixTag Procedures

  1. Select database/technician and check out.

  2. Go to Home > Tours.

  3. Select one or more Fixtag tours and tap FIXTAGS.

Task How
Confirm “all good” or that you have completed updating Mark Done.
Edit value on main grid (including the Tag number) 1. Tap

2. Edit

3. Tap in Change Why space.

4. Select reason.

5. Tap Save.
Mark an edit to apply to next component(s) 1. After # 4, above, tap Carry to Next Edit. 2. Tap Save.
Apply Carried Edit(s) to next component 1. Tap row to make it active.

2. Tap Apply Carried Edits.
Confirm Active Carry Edits Tap on View Carried Edits.
Cancel Carried Edit(s) 1. Tap on View Carried Edits.

2. Either clear them one at a time

3. Tap on Clear Carried Edits.
Edit value(s) not on the main grid 1. Select the row.

2. Tap on View Selected Component.

3. Tap the pen icon.

4. Tap the value.
Add a new component 1. Select a row, preferably the one where you want to insert the component into a route sequence.

2. Select Active Why.

3. Tap Copy.

4. Edit the tag number (it will have an ‘x’ in it to show it is a duplicated number)

5. Edit any other properties.
Remove a component 1. Select the row the tag is on.

2. Tap on View Selected Component.

3. Tap on the pen icon.

4. Edit the profile to say “DeActivated.”

5. Input the change reason

6. Enter the effective date (if different from today)

7. Tap Save.

8. Tap Close.
Add a Subtag Same as the Add a New Component task above.
Change a Route Sequence There are three options for improving the Route Sequence:

1. Edit the Route Sequence like any other property field.

2. Alternatively, if you record the Done Inspection box in the order you want the components to be monitored, LDARtools Support can assist you at the end of the project in sorting the Route Sequence in the time stamped order these were performed.

3. LDARtools can assist with a full-scale Sky Route project to fine-tune the Route Sequence.
Perform an M21 Inspection FixTag enables you to record the inspections, but it is not designed to do it on all the components, or to do it conveniently.

1. Document the component.

2. Save the grid.

3. Tap the hamburger menu.

4. Tap Search by Tag.

5. Enter the tag number.

6. Select the tag.

7. Select Monitor.
Take an image FixTag enables you to record the image, but it is not designed to do it on all of the components, or to do it conveniently.

1. Document the component.

2. Save the grid. 3. Tap the hamburger menu.

4. Tap Search by Tag.

5. Enter the tag number.

6. Select the tag.

7. Select View Tag Details.

8. Tap the pen icon.

9. Select the Image subtab.

10. Tap Update Target Image.

11. Take the image.

12. Tap the Exit icon.
