Component QueriesNew "OR" blocks in component queries. Until now every line in a component query had to be true at the same time, so a population spanning two different sets of criteria took two separate rules to build. A query can now hold several blocks, and a component is included if it matches any one of them. For example, Block 1 could be LUnit is Alky, and Block 2 could be Area is Tank Farm and Component Type is Valve — together they return everything in Alky, plus the valves in the tank farm. Nothing changes inside a block, and existing queries continue to work exactly as before. Available on Assign Rules to Components, Rule Initial Monitoring, Quick Repairs, Leak Alerts, Component Prompts and Auto Tours. |
ReportsNew CEDRI HON periodic report. Chateau now produces the figures for the §63.182(d) periodic report that can be derived from your data, in the column order EPA's workbook expects and ready to paste into your own copy of the template. It covers the Equipment Monitored, Pressure Relief and NOCS Equipment sheets, along with supporting data showing how each figure was derived. Entries requiring the preparer's own determination are left blank for completion. Chateau does not submit to EPA; filing is still done through CDX. |

LeaksFixed duplicate leak records on OGI inspections. A component could end up with a second leak record covering a period an earlier leak record already covered, created when rules were run again over a failing OGI inspection. Support has identified the affected records and is correcting them. If a technician created a tag in Chateau Mobile and recorded a failing OGI inspection on it the same day, that inspection could be checked in without a leak record being created. The affected leak records have been created, and new tags now create them correctly. In the desktop version of Outlook, the first character or two of each field label was cut off, so "Facility:" appeared as "acility:". The same email opened in a web browser displayed correctly, which is why only some recipients saw it. |
PorchesFixed the MOC Porch grid failing to load. On larger databases the MOC Porch could end in an "Unable to Display Data" message instead of the grid, and the Historical view could fail to finish loading at all. |
Tours & SchedulingFixed InTour status remaining after a tour is deleted. Components that were on a deleted tour could still show an OGI Status of InTour with an empty Tours column, so the work looked assigned when no one held it. |
ComponentsFixed the TUx Log failing to open. On larger databases, Components > TUx Log could return a "Problem getting TUx Log" message instead of the grid. The same improvement applies to the open leak grid. |
Components DetailsFixed outdated values on the Rules tab. On a component whose physical state had changed, the Rules tab could display the PPM threshold belonging to its previous state. This affected what the tab showed, not the threshold Chateau applied when evaluating inspections. The New Component MOC history grid could likewise show a later change reason as the Active Why. |
Field EventsFixed one broken Component Prompt disabling all of them. (Already Deployed) A single Component Prompt that could no longer run would stop every other prompt in the database from being applied, so Component Prompts would not open and Chateau Mobile check-ins failed. It was fixed and deployed when it was found. |
ReportsFixed report exports not downloading. Selecting Export and choosing PDF or Excel showed a brief loading state and then nothing — no file and no error message. This affected every report and both formats; viewing reports on screen was never affected.
Fixed the 1,000 unit limit on the OOOOa Report. Selecting all LUnits stopped at 1,000, so sites with more than that could not include them all.
Fixed the Periodic Inspection report not completing. (Already Deployed) On larger databases the report could run without ever producing output. |
GeneralFixed open tabs closing on their own. About every 15 minutes Chateau renews your sign-in in the background, and was treating that as a change of user even when nothing had changed — which reloaded the page and closed every open tab except Home or Dashboard, interrupting work in progress. General bug fixes and stability improvements. |

Component DetailsFixed the missing opening reading on DOR Details. On some DORs the Opened field showed a date with no PPM reading, and the oldest entry in the Timeline was a later repair attempt rather than the inspection that opened the leak. The leak records themselves were complete — this affected what the screen displayed. Opening a DOR showed the comment from the original leak record and no Work Order. A DOR now shows comments from both the leak and the DOR, together with a new DOR Approved date. |
SyncFixed check-ins that could not complete. Two separate problems could stop a check-in from finishing: on some databases it timed out and began again indefinitely, and if Chateau was interrupted part-way through, the upload could be left marked as Processing with no Reprocess option available. No field data was lost in either case, and affected uploads can now be processed. |
GeneralFixed backups filling device storage. Backups taken while a database was checked out were not being cleared after five days, so on devices holding a large number of tags they built up and used a significant amount of storage. They are now removed automatically. General bug fixes and stability improvements. |
