The following reports are available to you in the “Compliance” folder on the Reports tab.
| Report | Description |
|---|---|
| Agency SemiAnnual | Reports the component count changes, TUx component counts, M21 inspections, number of leaks, number of DORs open, and calculates the Leak % (number of leaks found vs inspections performed) found each month for a 6 month period. Report is broken out by “Unit” and then “Type.” For Type = Valve, additional information of NDE, DTM, UTM component, and inspection counts are reported. Any components that are physical state = Heavy Liquid or have an M21 Frequency of Exempt are NOT included in the report. If the parameter ‘is HON’ = Yes then DORs will be included in the Leak % calculation, except for Valves. For Valves if the DOR % for valves in that unit is less than 1% then DORs will be excluded from the leak %, if the DOR % is => 1% then DORs will be included in the leak %. The monthly Added / Reactivated Count includes components that were added directly onto a Temporarily Unavailable profile, which is common during a turnaround. |
| Component Count Change | Reports changes in the number of components with the selected Regulation assigned to them broken down by Unit. |
| CVS-NDE Inspection History | Reports all AVO and M21 inspections occurred on components if they are CVS = Yes or NDE = Yes during the specified date range, and have the selected regulation assigned. |
| Periodic Inspection Summary | Breaks out each unique component expression (type, subtype, physical state, UTM, DTM) in a Unit and reports component count changes, inspections for the selected inspection type, Leaks, DOR count changes, and TUx count for the month. The report has twelve month columns. They fill sequentially from the start of your date range, so a range longer than twelve months shows only the first twelve — with no warning and no error. Run a longer period in twelve-month blocks. |
Seeing the components behind a number
On the Periodic Inspection Summary and the Agency SemiAnnual, you can click a number on the report to open the Components grid filtered to exactly the components that number counted. This answers “which components are those?” without rebuilding the query by hand.
The numbers you can click are underlined, so you can tell at a glance which ones will open a grid. Rows that cannot be drilled into are not underlined.
The grid opens as a Components subtab that you can close when you are finished, rather than replacing what you were looking at. Each subtab is titled with the report it came from and numbered in the order you opened it — “Agency SemiAnnual 1”, “Agency SemiAnnual 2”, and so on — so you can drill several numbers and still tell the results apart.
On a large database the drill can take a few seconds to resolve. A busy indicator is shown while it works, so you can tell the click registered.
On the Periodic Inspection Summary, every metric column on a component group row is clickable. The totals row at the bottom is not — drill into the group rows above it instead.
On the Agency SemiAnnual, the month columns are clickable on these rows:
- Beginning Count
- Added / Reactivated Count
- DeActivated Count
- Total Count
- TUx Count
- Leaks
- Total Inspections
