Posted: June 2, 2026 Status: Under Investigation
We have received a report of a potential issue affecting how some components with Delayed Monitoring requirements are being scheduled for their D90 and D30 inspections. In the reported case, certain components did not surface in the schedule as expected.
We are not yet certain of the scope, so we are notifying all clients as a precaution. Our team is actively investigating to determine the root cause and which databases are affected.
What we're asking you to do
Please manually verify that your Delayed Monitoring (D30 and D90) components are scheduling correctly in your database, including:
- Delayed Monitoring components are showing the due dates you expect
- No components that should be due are missing from your upcoming schedule or tours
How to check in the Component Grid
A quick way to review the components most likely to be affected:
- In the Component Grid Query builder, add/filter on the DOR / Leak Closed Date column.
- Set the filter to on or before 90 days ago (i.e., close date ≥ 90 days prior to today) to pull components whose leaks have been closed long enough to be due for a Delayed Monitoring event.
- For each of those components, check the Last M21 Performed Date and Next M21 Why columns to confirm the component has either already received an inspection or has one currently scheduled.
- Any component in this list that is not scheduled and has not been inspected should be reported to Support with its tag number.
If you find components that are not scheduling as expected, please contact Support right away with the affected tag numbers so we can review them.
What we're doing
- Investigating the reported Delayed Monitoring scheduling behavior
- Working to confirm scope and identify any affected databases
- We will post an update here as soon as we have more information
