Checked in Time | When the Tour was checked out to an Handheld. |
Failed Processing | There was an issue processing the data from Chateau Mobile into Chateau. Go to Tours / Chateau Mobile Sync Status and find the row with “Failed Processing” in the status column and Select Reprocess. If this does not work, submit an issue. Reasons for sync failures: Bad network connections, invalid permissions, or database issues. |
Processing | The data has been transferred to the server and is being processed into the database. |
Reprocess | If there was an issue processing a tour from Chateau Mobile into Chateau, select this Button. |
