| Checked Out Time | When the Tour was checked backed in from an Handheld. |
| Checked in Time | When the Tour was checked out to an Handheld. |
| Failed Processing | There was an issue processing the data from Chateau Mobile into Chateau. Go to Tours / Chateau Mobile Sync Status and find the row with “Failed Processing” in the status column and Select Reprocess. If this does not work, submit an issue. Reasons for sync failures: Bad network connections, invalid permissions, or database issues. You may also have a failed sync in the unlikely event two technicians attempt to Check In their day’s work at precisely the same time. If this happens, one of the tech’s may be asked to try again, or you may be able to reprocess the data in the Mobile Sync Status tab. |
| Processing | The data has been transferred to the server and is being processed into the database. |
| Reprocess | If there was an issue processing a tour from Chateau Mobile into Chateau, select this Button. |
