| Active (box) | If the person is Active, this box will be checked. If the person is Inactive, you can select this box to make them Active. |
| Blue box with white arrow | Will close the Details box. |
| Certifications | Enter certification deadlines. |
| Deactivate | If the person is Active, this button will make them Inactive. If the person is already Inactive, this button will be grayed out. |
| Edit | Will put you in Edit mode. |
| If you want a person’s name to appear on the list to receive email alerts, add their name and email address. | |
| Roles | See Chateau Roles. |
