As an alternative to importing a batch of OGI pictures and videos and letting Chateau automatically match them, you can manually upload photos and videos to individual inspections.
Click on the OGI menu item and then click on Inspections subtab. You can build a query to find your inspections here.
In the grid, scroll all the way to the right you until you find two buttons labeled Upload Image and Upload Video. Click on either button and select the photo or video in your local files in the file explorer window to upload.
Note: when using this feature to replace an existing photo or video for the inspection, it could take a few moments after uploading completes for the new photo or video to appear in the grid.
