Getting Started with Chateau Mobile

Note: When working with multiple databases, best practice is to check in on one database before checking out on another database to ensure technicians are always checking in their work so it’s not forgotten, as well as purely from a tracking standpoint.

To check out a tour, you will have to have the right database and technician selected.

Select Sync (bottom-left of screen) when you are ready. If you already have a database or tour Checked Out in Chateau Mobile and you want to Check Out a tour from a different database, you have to first Check In the current database or tour. Then you can Check Out the different tour.

Select Check Out when you are ready and you will see the Check Out process initiate.

Tap the phx-shaped icon in the top-right corner to connect to an analyzer via Bluetooth. Chateau Mobile will start seeking nearby analyzers available for connection. Select the analyzer you wish to connect to once it appears.

Once connected, you will see a window showing the analyzer’s current H2 and battery level. Here, you also have the option to select your probe type (either Standard or Extension). Tap the round fire icon to ignite, and tap Done to exit the window.

If you are currently connected to an analyzer, you can tap the phx-shaped icon to see its H2 and battery levels, re-ignite if the flame went out, or disconnect from the analyzer and connect to another.
