What this report does
Produces an Optical Gas Image (OGI) Survey documentation record for each survey performed within the selected date range. Each survey card captures the environmental and equipment conditions under which the OGI survey was conducted — including ambient temperature, sky conditions, wind speed, moisture, camera information, and the location units covered.
Following the survey cards, the report includes a summary section showing leaks found, missed repairs, DTM and UTM counts, completed repairs, and open DORs for the selected units and regulation during the period.
Use this report to produce the required documentation of OGI survey conditions for regulatory compliance and audit purposes. This report is in the OGI folder on the Reports tab.
When to use it
- Generating OGI survey condition records for a regulatory submission or inspection.
- Verifying that surveys were conducted under acceptable environmental conditions.
- Producing a complete survey log with associated leak, repair, and DOR activity.
- Confirming the camera used, technician certifications, and distance for each survey.

Survey card fields
One card is generated per OGI sensitivity check (survey session). Each card shows:

Leaks
A table showing the number of leaks found during the period, broken down by component type.

What's included and excluded
Included:
- OGI sensitivity check sessions where at least one OGI inspection was performed on a component in the selected location units during the survey window.
- Leaks, repairs, and DORs for components in the selected location units under the selected regulation during the date range.
Excluded:
- Sensitivity check sessions with no associated inspections in the selected units (surveys appear only when the OGI technician inspected components in the selected units that day).
- Leaks and DORs outside the selected date range or units.
- MisID (misidentified) leak close reasons are excluded from leak and repair counts.
How key values are calculated
Survey matching
Each survey card corresponds to one sensitivity check entry. The survey is automatically associated with the OGI inspections performed by the same technician on the same date, up until the next sensitivity check that day (if one exists). The LUnits Included field shows the distinct location units of those inspections.
Ending Time
The ending time shown on the survey card is the time of the last OGI inspection performed by that technician during the survey's time window — not a manually entered end time.
Surveys Performed
A cumulative count of all OGI inspections performed by the technician across the entire history of the system, plus any expected number recorded on the technician's profile.
Repairs (summary section)
Only leaks closed before the regulatory deadline are listed in the Repairs section. Leaks closed after the deadline appear in the Missed Repairs section instead.
Tips and common questions
- "A survey I know was performed is not showing." Surveys only appear when the technician performed at least one OGI inspection on a component in the selected location units on that date. If the tech surveyed different units than those selected, the survey will not appear.
- "Ending Time is earlier than Beginning Time." The beginning time is the sensitivity check start time; the ending time is the last inspection of the session. If the tech performed inspections across midnight, or if there is a time zone difference, the ending time may appear to be before the beginning time.
- "Certifications is blank." The technician did not have any active certifications recorded in the system at the time of the survey, or the certifications had expired.
- "Flow Rate shows 0.0000 for some surveys." Flow Rate is recorded as part of the sensitivity check. A value of 0.0000 typically indicates the field was not filled in or the survey did not have a measured flow rate.
- "The DORs section is empty." No DORs were opened during the selected date range for components in the selected units under the selected regulation.

Multi-section report: one survey card per page (or per survey session), followed by a consolidated summary section. Designed for PDF output and regulatory submission. Also available for on-screen viewing.
