Adding Bulk Inspections

If you need to add inspection data to multiple components at once, Chateau allows you to add bulk inspections from either the Components grid, or a single Tour grid.

• Note: All inspections added in bulk will be identical.

From the Components Grid

1. Filter for the components you want to add inspections to.
2. Select the components.
3. Click the Add Inspection button and choose the inspection type.

From a Tour

1. Open the tour containing the components.
2. Select the components.
3. Click the Add Inspection button and choose the inspection type.

Required Fields

• M21 – Technician, M21 Why, Analyzer, Detector Type
• AVO – Technician, AVO Why, AVO Type
• OGI – Technician, OGI Why, Camera Serial Number

Recommended Fields

• M21 – Gross PPM, Background, Sample Time
• AVO – Result, Performed On
• OGI – Result, Performed On
