What You Need to Know
Please contact support as soon as possible. The earlier we know about your audit, the better prepared we can be.
When submitting your ticket in ZenDesk, please select “I need an Audit Export” from the Support Why dropdown menu and include the following details:
- The database(s) where the audit will be performed
- The date range of the data subject to the audit
- The date the audit will be performed
- Specific components, units, etc., subject to the audit (if applicable)
- Any specific requests for data not included in the standard data pull listed below
Standard Audit Data
The following data is included in a standard audit data request:
- Inspection History
- Leak History
- Repair History
- Temporarily Unavailable History
- DOR History
- Reported OELs
If you have other specific data requests, please detail them in your support ticket.
On-Call Support
If you would like a support team member on standby during your audit to answer research questions, please let us know immediately. This allows us to ensure we have a team member scheduled and available to assist you.
