The Help button provides answers to any questions or requests you may have about Chateau.
We maintain a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Each question is hyperlinked and will take you to the relevant Knowledge Base page when clicked.
If your question falls outside the scope of the FAQs, you can click the Search button, which will direct you to the Knowledge Base home page where you can perform a search.
If you cannot find an answer in the Knowledge Base, or if you would like to submit a customer support request for data modification, bug reporting, or any other purpose, please use the Support button and complete the structured Request Submission Form.
