| Property | Definition |
|---|---|
| Show Query | Used to search for components by any component properties. For instance, to search for all the valves designated as NDE, set to Comp Type = Valves and NDE = Yes. Queries can be named and saved for future use. |
| Add Fields to Query | Used to select the fields used to query, then the qualifier, and the details e.g. Location Is Like TK-140 |
| Search | Click to run query specified in the Add Fields to Query section |
| Saved Queries | Click Heart icon to save the current query Click the drop down to show all Saved Queries Click the Trash icon to delete the selected Saved Query |
Common In-Grid Features
These features are available in ALL grids.

| Field Header Menu located to the right of each field header in the grid | |
| Pin Column | Freezes column in the selected location on the grid (left or right) Allows field to stay in view while scrolling to the left or right |
| Autosize This Column | Expands the column to fit the longest character length in the current grid results |
| Autosize All Column | Expands all columns to fit the longest character length for each in the current grid results |
| Group By [Field Name] | Groups the data by that field and displays a count of items grouping |
| Reset Columns | Resets columns to the default order |
| Filter Icon | Filter the displayed results in the field |
| Column Selector Icon | Select/unselect from the currently displayed fields in the grid |
| Menu located to the right of each grid | |
| Refresh | Used to manually refresh the grid with current data |
| Export to Excel | Exports the data currently displaying in the grid to a .xlsx file |
| Export to Csv | Exports the data currently displaying in the grid to a .csv file |
| Save Grid Layout | Saves the current grid layout including displayed fields, column order, pinned columns, and column width
Option to save for Just Me or Everyone |
| Load Grid Layout | Load a saved grid layout |
| Manage Grid Layouts | Select and delete any saved grid layouts |

| Fields | Select/Unselect fields to view in the grid |
| Row Groups | Drag fields to this box to group grid by that field(s) |
