Charging Port Cap Installation (WI-phx42-116)

Items Needed

1. Charging Port Cap screw removal:

   1. Using the 1/16” hex bit, remove the 6/32 x 3/8 low head socket cap screw by turning counterclockwise.

2. Charging Port Cap installation:

   1. Take the 6/32 x 3/8 low head socket cap screw and place it through the mounting hole of the tether that is connected to the charging port cap.

   2. Thread the 6/32 x 3/8 low head socket cap screw now attached to the charging port cap into the face of the phx42.

   3. Orient the tether so it points left when viewing the front faceplate of the phx42.

   4. Tighten the 6/32 x 3/8 low head socket cap screw until snug, but be careful to NOT overtighten and strip the screw head.
