Can’t Sync Records

This error utilizes the Manual Export via Wireless Network process for resolution.

1. On the Home screen, tap Results.
    
2. Tap Manual Sync.
    
3. Select the desired date range.
    
4. Tap OK.
    
5. Once the upload process is complete, tap OK.
