Mass Import of Inspections – LDARtools

If you prefer to import multiple inspections at once rather than entering them individually, you can use our mass import template to document the inspection information. Once completed, email the file to our Support Team for processing. Please note that all fields in the template are mandatory

Field Requirements

Field	Description
Date and Time of Inspection	Each inspection must include both a date and a time. While the time stamp can be the same for all records, it must be present for every entry.
Unit	Specify the LUnit where the component is located.
Tag	Indicate the component on which the inspection is being logged.
Analyzer	An analyzer must be included for every record, even for AVO inspections.
Inspection Type	For AVO or OGI inspections: You can leave the Background and PPM fields blank. The Result field is required and must be recorded as either Pass or Fail. For M21 inspections: The Background PPM and PPM fields must be filled in. The Result field can be left blank.
Result	This field is mandatory for AVO or OGI inspections and must be logged as either Pass or Fail.
