Why can’t I see my calibration records in Chateau?

The SpanBoxes will automatically upload records to Chateau, but only if they are online.

Please confirm all your SpanBoxes are currently online. You can then perform a manual sync to upload the records from the SpanBoxes. See the articles below for more information.
