We offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) training as part of our standard onboarding package for new customers and as an on-demand service for existing customers whenever new personnel need training.
What is SME Training?
SME training is designed to equip you with a deep understanding of all aspects of Chateau operations. The training covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
Managing component inventory
Creating and assigning technician tours
Organizing inspection records
Responding to leaks, adding DORs, and managing shutdowns
Generating comprehensive reports
Administering chemicals, streams, personnel, analyzer calibrations, and the facility structure in your database
Overseeing the MOC process and QA/QC through audits and procedures
Customizing the database to streamline and enhance your workflow
Navigating the Knowledge Base to find solutions
Providing essential information to support teams in addressing specific situations
Flexible Training Options
Our SME training is available as a 2-day session, offered at a flat rate, with no limit on the number of attendees. We also provide shorter, customized training sessions based on your availability and existing familiarity with database management.
For customers who are introducing new modules in Chateau (such as OGI or SmartFlags) or seeking a refresher on specific topics, we offer module-specific training sessions tailored to your needs.
Convenient Delivery Methods
Training sessions are typically conducted online via Teams, though we may accommodate alternative platforms upon request.
How to Schedule Training
If you have a new database with us, you can include your designated trainees in the Setup Protocol form.
Existing customers can request training by contacting sales@ldartools.com. Please include the modules you wish to cover and the email addresses of your trainees in your request.
