Why isn’t my certification date updated after completing my test?

Our Customer Portal and Online Training are now both merged under the Odoo platform, so mismatching between accounts is no longer an issue for new users.

For existing users who were using our previous Online Training system and had valid certifications at the time of its deactivation, their certification statuses were imported into the new system.

However, the phx42 Level 1 course still shows as incomplete in the new Customer Portal as the user hasn't actually taken the test there. This will no longer be the case once the user's current certification expires and they retake the test.
