Online Training vs. Customer Portal Credentials

Users have to create accounts for both the Online Training site and Customer Portal separately. Instructions for creating these accounts are available at the following articles:

Note: When creating your accounts, please use your company-provided email address for both the username and email address on both accounts. The usernames and email addresses on the two accounts must match for certification records to update properly.
