To begin using Chateau for Calibration Records and Reporting:

- Start the Onboarding Process: Our sales team will initiate the onboarding process with the Chateau team.

After Setup
Once Chateau is set up and your credentials are approved:
- Review Daily Calibration Records: Calibration records are uploaded nightly from Cal 5.0 to Chateau. Each day, check that the previous day’s records have successfully uploaded.

If calibration records are missing from Chateau but are visible on the SpanBox under “Results,” a network issue may have disrupted the nightly upload.
