Manually Entering Precision Calibrations

When to use

Record precision calibrations that weren’t captured through SpanBox.

Steps

  1. Go to Resources › Calibrations › Precision Calibrations.

  2. Click Add Precision Calibration Record.

  3. Enter the Time, Analyzer, Technician, and Probe Type.
    • Set Pass/Fail manually. Chateau can’t auto-detect failures without a SpanBox.

  4. Click Add Cylinder and choose an existing calibration cylinder.
    • To add a new cylinder, either:
      • Use Daily Calibration in Chateau Mobile, or
      • Go to Resources › Cylinders and click Add.

  5. For the selected cylinder, enter the times, response times, and PPM readings, then click Add Cylinder to add that test.

  6. Repeat steps 4–5 until you’ve entered all required tests for that analyzer/technician/probe type.

  7. (Optional) Add a Comment, then click Save.

  8. Repeat steps 2–7 for each additional analyzer.

Important: Enter one analyzer per record. The header fields (time, analyzer, technician) apply to every calibration on the form.
