View RMA Status

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal and select the Hardware Issues tab.

  2. Locate your Hardware Issue via the RMA number and click the View Record button (magnifying glass icon) in the View column.

  3. In the opened issue record, see the Status of Hardware Issue field near the bottom on the left side of the screen.

  4. For shipping and receiving information, click the Ship/Rec tab in the opened issue record. If the unit’s repair is complete, or if Support has added a part to be shipped, you will see Waiting on PO if a PO has not been received, or a tracking number if the unit or part has been shipped.
