Retrieving Automatic Backups

Connect the tablet to your PC or laptop with a Micro-USB cable.

In File Explorer on your computer, navigate to:
- This PC”Device Name”\SDCard\Android\Data\com.ldartools.freedom\AutoBackup”Name of your connection””name of database”
If no SD card is installed in the device, follow this file path:

This PC”Device Name”\ Tablet\Documents\LDARtools\AutoBackups”Name of your connection””Name of Database”
- Note: On some devices, the SD card needs to be removed from the device and plugged directly into the computer in order to read or transfer files from the SD card. You will need an SD card adapter to complete this process.

There will be a ZIP backup file located there with the date and times in the file name, with the naming convention of YYYY_M_DD_Hour_Minute_Seconds.zip.
- Example: 2021_8_31_11_05_20.zip is the backup file for 8/31/2021 at 11:05:20.
- Example: 2021_8_31_11_05_20.zip is the backup file for 8/31/2021 at 11:05:20.
