Chateau Mobile: Tour Sort Order Resets When Entering Monitoring
Chateau MobileFix: Friday, July 10, 2026
When you change the sort order of a tour in Chateau Mobile (for example, sorting by Route Sequence or Tag Number), the selected sort does not carry over when you tap a tag to begin monitoring. The monitoring session opens on a different tag than expected, and Next/Previous navigation follows a different order than what was shown on screen.
What To DoSet the tour sort order from the Chateau desktop application before syncing to ensure monitoring follows the intended order.

fix dates will be updated as development progresses.
New Component Porch — Error When Approving New Components
When attempting to approve newly added components in the New Component Porch, a generic error message appears and the approval does not complete. This affects both individual and bulk approvals, leaving new components in a pending state.
When viewing the Excess Inspections Porch, clicking a line item to expand its details shows no information. The tile loads and displays summary rows, but the detail panel does not populate when expanded.
What To DoPlease contact LDARtools Support for assistance reviewing excess inspection details.

TUx Log: Activate Selected Components Shows the Wrong Reason List
On the TUx Log, when using "Activate Selected Components," the Profile Change Why dropdown shows options from the Reactivate Why list instead of the Active Why list. The reasons shown do not match what appears when using Multi-Edit Components to remove TUx status, creating inconsistency between the two options.
What To DoUse Multi-Edit Components and choose Remove TUx to access the correct Active Why reason list.

Assign Rules to Components: Rule Shows Zero Matches Despite Qualifying Components
When using Assign Rules to Components, a rule displays 0 matching components even though qualifying components exist in the database. The rule parameters include property field names with a special character.
What To DoPlease contact LDARtools Support to review affected rules and component assignments.
The OOOOa Fugitives Found report displays only column headers with no data rows, even when closed leaks exist for the selected location unit and date range. Running the report produces a blank results table rather than the expected fugitive and survey data.
What To DoLeak data can be reviewed and exported from Leaks > Closed Leaks as an alternative.

OOOOa Fugitives Survey Report: Imported Survey Data Not Appearing

What To DoPlease contact LDARtools Support for assistance reviewing your survey data.

Periodic Inspection Report: Activated Component Counts Are Incorrect
The Periodic Inspection Report shows incorrect counts in the activated (Act) column. The End count does not match the expected Start + Activated minus Deactivated calculation. Some components added within the selected time frame are not being counted in the activated total.
What To DoComponent counts can be verified using a query in the Component Grid filtered by the same date range and criteria.
The facility name shown in the header of some reports may not accurately reflect the data being reported. For databases with multiple facilities, the header may show a facility name that does not correspond to the location units selected for the report.
What To DoVerify the facility information in the report parameters before distributing reports.
