Calibrations Missing / Not Saved

After the Daily Calibration process is complete, a signature screen is shown (one for the Calibration results, one for the Maintenance records). A signature is required on both screens to confirm Daily Calibration results.

If these screens are not signed, Cal5.0 will not save the Calibration records.

Please ensure the calibration tech is completing these two required signatures at the end of each Daily Calibration. You can confirm the Calibration Records have been saved before taking the analyzers out into the field by pressing Results > Calibration, and verifying the records for today are present.

If the records are missing, the Daily Calibration will have to be completed again, with signatures for saving.
