To gain access to your Chateau database (for yourself or on behalf of someone else), you will need to reach out to the database’s designated Owner.
This role is assigned to a specific person (or people) at your site, and they hold the authority to manage user access—adding, editing, or removing users as needed.
The Owner can access Majordomo, where they can:
- Add an existing user to the database, or
- If the user doesn’t exist yet, create a new user profile first, and then grant them database access.
