Customer Portal Email Addresses

Each role within LDARtools’ customer support system is limited to one email address. If multiple recipients need to receive specific types of emails from LDARtools, we suggest you create an alias (e.g.,, etc.). This will allow you to manage who receives the emails and update your internal distribution as needed.

Roles with email accounts specific to the topic of Support include:

  • Manager
  • Area Manager
  • Billing Contact
