Overview: Adding New User Work Flow

  1. Identify an Owner (A).

  2. Identify a member of the Can Add User Security Group (B).

  3. This person adds the person (B).

  4. The Owner then assigns the Database and Role (A).

  5. Provide the User the credentials you just created (email address and temporary password) (A).

  6. The User then logs in and sets a permanent password (New User).

Note: You can only add and view users within your own company. If you are a database owner wanting to add a new user outside of your company, and there are no co-owners from the new user’s company, please contact support@ldartools.com for assistance.
