Overview: Adding New User Work Flow

  1. Identify an Administrator.

  2. Identify a member of the Can Add User Security Group.

  3. The Can Add User Security Group member adds the new user.

  4. The Administrator then assigns the Database and Role.

  5. The Administrator provides the new user the newly-created credentials (email address and temporary password).

  6. The new user then logs in and sets a permanent password.

Note: You can only add and view users within your own company. If you are a database Administrator wanting to add a new user outside of your company, and there are no co-Administrators from the new user’s company, please contact support@ldartools.com for assistance.
