- Identify an Administrator.
- Identify a member of the Can Add User Security Group.
- The Can Add User Security Group member adds the new user.
- The Administrator then assigns the Database and Role.
- The Administrator provides the new user the newly-created credentials (email address and temporary password).
- The new user then logs in and sets a permanent password.

Note: You can only add and view users within your own company. If you are a database Administrator wanting to add a new user outside of your company, and there are no co-Administrators from the new user’s company, please contact support@ldartools.com for assistance.
