- Identify an Owner (A).
- Identify a member of the Can Add User Security Group (B).
- This person adds the person (B).
- The Owner then assigns the Database and Role (A).
- Provide the User the credentials you just created (email address and temporary password) (A).
- The User then logs in and sets a permanent password (New User).

Note: You can only add and view users within your own company. If you are a database owner wanting to add a new user outside of your company, and there are no co-owners from the new user’s company, please contact support@ldartools.com for assistance.
