An API service (middleware) can be developed that would query Chateau data using the Chateau API calls, and then could consume this information and trigger the API calls in your ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), PowerBI, reporting software, or assets tracking software to create the appropriate maintenance, work order, or any other records.
LDARtools can present a demo service of how to query and use the Chateau API calls, but implementing the API calls to trigger the creation of records in your ERP or assets tracking software would need to be a custom implementation by your team, as every ERP system setup is unique.
