Retrieving SpanBox Logs

Support has requested a log due to a Reported Issue:

  1. Insert a USB into the SpanBox5.

  2. On the Home screen, tap Copy Logs to USB.

  3. Select the desired date range.

  4. Tap OK.

  5. Wait until the All Done – Finished copying log files to USB prompt appears.

  6. Tap OK.

  7. Remove the USB from the SpanBox5 and connect it to a computer.

  8. Send Support the requested log file: YYYYMMDD_SB5-xxx_Cal5.log (YYYYMMDD_SBL510-xxx_Cal5.log or YYYYMMDD_SBL530-xxx_Cal5.log)
