There are several steps to verifying calibration records have been saved on the SpanBox5 and imported into Chateau.
1. Verifying Records (Calibrations Missing/Not Saved)
On the home screen, tap Results, and then tap Calibration. In the date range dropdown, select the desired range to bring up all calibrations saved for that period.
If no expected records are missing, proceed to the next step.
If any records are missing, adjust the date range accordingly to produce the desired results. If you still can’t locate the desired records, this likely means the Head Unit (tablet) is a replacement put into operation after the desired date range. If the previous Head Unit was discarded due to a hardware issue, there is no way to produce the records.
- Note: Choosing increments of two week date range will more easily readable reports on screen. Note any date ranges that produce the desired records.
2. Exporting Records (Exporting Records via USB)
Assuming the records are verified on the SpanBox5, it’s recommended to export the records via USB. and to do so in two week intervals until all verified records are exported. Each exported record file will be dated same as the date range.
3. Importing Records into Chateau
In Chateau, navigate to Resources > Calibrations and select Import Calibrations. On the file explorer dialog, locate and select the calibration records on the USB drive, and tap Open.
