LDARtools Customer Portal — Getting Started

The LDARtools Customer Portal is your self-service hub for hardware support,  equipment orders, and phxApp self-checks.

Portal URL: portal.ldartools.com/helpdesk

What you can do in the portal

• Submit and track hardware support requests (phx42, SpanBox, accessories)
• Place orders for accessories and replacement parts
• Run phxApp self-checks

How to access the portal

1. Go to portal.ldartools.com.
2. Sign in with your LDARtools credentials.
   • If you don't have an account, contact support@ldartools.com.

phxApp self-checks

1. Log in to the portal.
2. Select phxApp from the menu.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your device and run the check.

Software support (Chateau)

Chateau software issues are handled separately. Submit a ticket at support@ldartools.com, or use the Help menu inside Chateau.
