Quick View
When you tap a tag number in the Tag Search or the tour, you will be taken to the Quick View.
- The back arrow will take you back to the tour or the component search, depending on where you were before viewing this tag.

Main Menu.
- Tag number and the order of the tag in a tour.
- Move to the previous tag number in the sequence.
- Move to the next tag number in the sequence.
- Open Leak indicator showing the component has an open leak. Tap here to view the leak photo.
- Essential component properties. Tap View Details to enter the Component Details.
- Inspection Options, which allow you to switch Inspection Types and record inspections.
- Tap Image/Map to switch between them. In the map, the stretching arrows enlarge the map, the crosshair centers the map on your location, and the distance or direction centers the map on the component’s location. A target image will be available if previously uploaded.
- Action Menu. See the Action Menu section below for further details.
Component Details

- Tabs and detailed component information under each tab. You will always have the Image, History and Navigation tabs.
- Image: To view or upload a target image.
- History: To view the inspections performed in this session. Tapping the 3-dot button next to the inspection’s Date/time will allow you to add a comment to or delete the inspection.
- Navigation: To view the map.
The other tabs are customized in the Chateau Mobile Fields. A user with Chateau Access role will define what are the names of the tabs, and what properties are in each tab. If you have the Suggester role, you can tap the properties to edit them.
- Inspection Options, which allow you to switch Inspection Types and record inspections.
- Action Menu. Details below.
Action Menu
When in the Quick View or the Component Details page, tapping the 3-dot button next to the inspection options will take you to the Action Menu.

Documenting an untagged open ended line. |
AVO Not Tagged |
To collect information on an AVO that may or may not be tagged. |
Bad Route |
To report badly routed components for route sequence optimization. |
Suspect Non-VOC |
Report a tagged component suspected of not in VOC service. |
| Did Not Monitor | Allows you to report that you are unable to monitor this component, and to select the reason for that. |
Unknown Component |
Report a tagged component that might be in VOC service. |
Missing Tag |
To report this component missing a tag. |
Cooling Tower Inspection |
To perform cooling tower monitoring. |
