Support has requested a log due to a Reported Issue:
Insert a USB into the SpanBox5.
On the Home screen, tap Copy Logs to USB.
Select the desired date range.
Tap OK.
Wait until the All Done – Finished copying log files to USB prompt appears.
Tap OK.
Remove the USB from the SpanBox5 and connect it to a computer.
Send Support the requested log file: YYYYMMDD_SB5-xxx_Cal5.log (or YYYYMMDD_SBL530-xxx_Cal5.log)
