Exporting Records via USB

  1. Insert a USB into the SpanBox5.
     
  2. On the Cal5.0 Home screen, tap Export Records.
     
  3. Select the desired date range.
     
  4. Tap OK.
     
  5. Wait until the “Successfully exported records to USB” prompt appears.
     
  6. Tap OK.
     
  7. Remove the USB from the SpanBox5 and connect it to a computer.
    • Cal5 Record DD.MM.YYYY-DD.MM.YYYY

       
    • Cal5 Record DD.MM.YYYY
       
  8. Attach the logs inside the hardware or software issue.
    • Note: Log file format for phx42s/phx21s: YYYY.MM.DD phx42-XXXX CAL5 status/readings
