Flame-out or Ignition Problems During Warm-up

  1. Connect to the phxApp.
     
  2. Run a self-check.
     
  3. Do either:
    • If the unit passes, put it back on the SpanBox5 and calibrate.
       
    • If the unit fails, report an issue on the Customer Portal.
