Setting Up for OGI Inspections – LDARtools

You should…	So that…
Decide how to organize LUnits.	Some create LUnits for each Compressor Station or Well Site in order to simplify reporting.
In Settings / Picklists / Category = OGI	Set all the Picklists you will need to perform Sensitivity Checks.
In Settings / Picklists / Category = Profile	Add “OGI Leak” in Active Change Why, if it has not been added already. Also, ensure it is not hidden.
In Porches / Audit Settings, in the Search Box, enter OGI	Then turn on any and all porches you want turned on.
In Settings / Picklists / Category = DOR	Set up your DOR program by completing the DOR picklists.
In Porches / Audit Settings, in the Search Box enter DOR	Turn on the porches you want to use.
In Settings / Chateau Mobile Fields	Select the precise fields you want transferred from Chateau to Chateau Mobile.
In Settings / OGI Settings	Specify any leak response deadlines that should apply ONLY to OGI Leaks. The responses deadlines for M21 leaks are set in the Rules Section.
In Settings / OGI Settings for Index First ReTest, etc.	If you want the First Attempt and Final Resolution deadlines for OGI leaks to be measured from the Date when the first attempt at repair was performed select this option.
Create a special Type, such as an OGI Spot.	You can schedule OGI Inspections on “groups” of Components that need to be imaged.
Not turn on the M21 Frequency Section if not doing any M21 Scheduling.	If you do, then everything is going to be scheduled weekly!
If you have OGI Spots in any LUnits with an assigned M21 Rule, you need to adjust rules to exempt the OGI spots from M21 inspections.	If you don’t, they will be scheduled for weekly M21 Inspections!
Set your OGI Spots to GV.	It will be easier to remember when you are setting up Rule Specifications.
Create a Stream specifically for the OGI Spots. Note: You can call it the OGI Stream.	You can assign OGI Spots to that special Stream.
Assign the OGI Stream to a Detector Type = Camera.	Chateau will be able to create detector-specific Tours marked as needing a camera.
Recognize OGI Spots are Inspected but they don’t Fail or Leak.	You have to identify the component that is actually leaking, add it to the database and post a Failing Inspection on that component. Record Done when finished with imaging an OGI Spot.
Set the default leak limit in Settings.	So Chateau can identify an M21 Leak if you decide to do an M21 Inspection.
Set the Leak Response Requirements in Settings > OGI Settings	So Chateau can track the timing of the Repair and ReTest processed on OGI Leaks.
Group all the picklist items together.	So users can get them all done in one tab and then move on to another.
