All reports have the multiple export options described below. They export in one of two styles:
- Report Format: Contain a formal report header containing the facility name and parameter information.
- Data Only Format: No report header but does have fields showing the parameters used.
To export reports:
- Once the report results are visible, click Export.
- Select the desired file type.
- The report will automatically download to your device.

Export Emissions Data Button
Click this button to export the detailed results of a specific emissions calculation run. The results will automatically download to your computer as a .tsv (Tab-Separated Values) file.
To use this feature, simply highlight the desired run from the "Select existing emissions data" list located directly below the button, and then click to generate your export.

How to Open a .tsv File in Excel (quick method)
- Right-click the downloaded file.
- Select Open with.
- Choose Excel.
Import Method (recommended for formatting)
Open Excel, go to File > Open, and browse for the downloaded file (you may need to change the file type dropdown from All Excel Files to All Files to see it).
Excel will launch the Text Import Wizard.
- Ensure Delimited is selected.
- Click Next.
- Check the box next to Tab.
- Click Finish.
