To schedule a ReTest:

Open the Leak grid.

Select the leak.

Select Add to Tour.

Option 1: Build New Tour
a. Use this option if you don’t have another tour already set up for ReTests.
b. Name the Tour.
Hint: If this is your permanent ReTest Tour and you are going to be using it frequently, you might want to put a couple of AAs in front of the name (like AAReTEST. This will ensure it appears at the top of the Available Tours list when you need it the next time.c. Toggle Evergreen if you want this to become a permanent ReTest Tour.
d. InspectionWhy must = Retest. (You can cannot edit this)
e. Assign this tour to a specific technician.
f. That is all you have to do. This tour will appear on the Current Tours tab. The tour will check out to the assigned tech when he or she opens Chateau Mobile.

Option 2: Add to Existing Tour
a. If you have already built a ReTest Tour, or if there is another existing tour in which you want to place this leaker, select this option.
b. Scroll the list of tours.
c. Select the tour you want to use.
d. You cannot change the InspectionWhy.
e. Confirm or change the tech assigned to this tour.
f. That is all you have to do. This tour will appear on the Current Tours tab. The tour will check out to the assigned tech when he or she opens Chateau Mobile.
