It is possible to delete inspections in Chateau Mobile. Please refer to the Chateau Mobile Training Manual for that procedure.
You can turn on the Deleted Inspections porch if you want to maintain a list of these deletions and provide feedback to technicians whenever this occurs.
An inspection cannot be deleted once checked into Chateau. If you need to delete inspections from Chateau, please contact

Note: If a leak was created by an inspection on a misidentified component, instead of deleting the inspection, close the leak with “Comp Misidentified” as the reason. This way the inspection and the leak closing reason can both remain in the database for future references.
