The following list refers to the various roles referenced within your database.

| Alerts Management |
Has the ability to turn on and off audits for the Owner’s Porch, as well as adding and removing emails and users from Audits. Additionally, this role controls editing and adding new leak alerts, and adding and removing emails from Leak Alerts.

| Approvers | Can approve MOC suggestions made in Chateau and Chateau Mobile. Approvers can also auto-approve any component property change they make. |

Emissions Management
|
Has the abilities to edit, delete, and add emissions models.

| Leaks/DOR Management |
Can edit and close leaks and DORs.
|
| Picklists and Resources Management |
Allows users to add and hide values in Picklists in Settings / Picklists as well as add and edit values in Resources / LUnit, Streams, Chemicals, and Cooling Tower Tools.

| Processors |
Can process suggested edits and suggested new components off the MOC Porch and New Component Porch once approved by an Approver.

| Suggesters |
Can suggest edits in Chateau and Chateau Mobile. Suggesters appear in the list of suggesters the processor can select. If the processor is also a suggestor, then their account is used as both the processor and suggestor by default.

| Rules Management | Has the abilities to add new rules, changes rule assignments, edit new rules, and unapply rules. In addition, this role controls edits and additions to the Quick Repair module. |
| Technicians |
Can be assigned tours and are in the technician list that Chateau Mobile uses to synchronize with Chateau.

| Chateau Access | Can log in to Chateau. |
| Owner | An owner of a database or security group. They can add, edit, or remove other users’ assignments to that database, or user’s membership to that Security Group. They can add and remove other owners from that database or Security Group from their company. |
