To troubleshoot being unable to connect to an analyzer via Bluetooth, please follow the steps below.

Confirm the analyzer is not still connected to another handheld or app on your handheld.
a. Confirm the analyzer is no longer connected to any previous handhelds used with it by either disconnecting from the app on the previously utilized handheld, or on each handheld, toggle the Bluetooth off and then on again to break any connection.
b. On your handheld with Chateau Mobile, toggle Bluetooth off and then on again, then attempt to connect on the Chateau Mobile analyzer connection screen.

Restart the handheld, and then try to connect to the analyzer on the Chateau Mobile Analyzer Connection screen.

Unpair the analyzer from the handheld.
a. Open the Android Bluetooth Connection screen and under Paired devices, locate the analyzer.
b. Tap the gear icon next to the analyzer name and tap Unpair.
c. If using a phx42 or phx21, attempt connecting to the analyzer from the Analyzer Connection screen in Chateau Mobile.
d. If using a TVA, first pair the analyzer on the Android OS Bluetooth screen again. Then attempt to connect to the analyzer from the Analyzer Connection screen in Chateau Mobile.

Power the analyzer off and then back on and attempt to connect to the analyzer from the Analyzer Connection screen in Chateau Mobile.

If the above steps don’t work, submit an issue and attach logs.
