Audit Settings allow a user to enable or disable Owner’s Porch alerts, as well as set up which users will receive automated emails each morning if an alert has new results.
To Turn Audits On or Off

Go to Porches > Audit Settings.

Locate the audit you wish to turn on or off. You can use the search box near top-left if you know the complete or partial name of the audit, or you can filter for groups in the grid if unsure about what specific audit you are looking for.
- Use the toggle under the Is Active column to turn the audit on or off.
Setting Up Email Alerts for the Audits

Follow the steps above to ensure the desired audits are turned on.

If the intended recipient is NOT a Chateau user, type their name into the Mailing List.
- If the intended recipient IS a Chateau user, click the Mailing List and select their name from the dropdown list.
- If you wish to have every contact listed receive email alerts, or take off everyone currently in the Mailing List, use the Select/Unselect All button.
