Installing Chateau Mobile: Google Play

1. Install the Chateau Mobile app from the Google Play Store by searching “ldartools Chateau Mobile.”

   • Note: The minimum Android version Chateau Mobile supports is 5.1+
     
     

2. Following installation, launch the app and grant all permissions.

3. On the Data Connections screen, enter the username and password provided to you for the Chateau Mobile connection.

4. Enter a connection name of your choice, this is just a friendly name to help you in case you have multiple connections.

5. Tap Test.

6. Once you get a Success status, tap Save and you will be taken to the Home Screen.

7. Tap Sync in the bottom left.

8. Tap the tech dropdown when it finishes refreshing to select a tech.

9. Tap Check Out to download the tours assigned to the tech.

Updating Chateau Mobile

Chateau Mobile will not automatically update when an update is released. Please follow the steps below to update Chateau Mobile on your handheld.

1. In the Google Play Store, click the circular profile button in the upper-right portion of the screen.

2. Select Manage Apps & Device.

3. Under the Manage tab, filter by “Installed” and “Updates Available.” If Chateau Mobile is listed, select it and click Update. If Chateau Mobile is not listed, the version on your device is current.
