If you are experiencing an issue with either Cal5.0 (e.g., error messages, phx42 not found during hunt, records not appearing in your desktop after sync, etc.) or your SpanBox, you can report an issue from Cal5.0.

Tap Menu.

Tap Report SpanBox Issue.

Enter your support login credentials.

Enter the date the issue occurred.

Fill the Issue field with the issues you are experiencing.

Tap Submit.
